Small Group Training is a max of 8 clients that share the 1 on 1 personal training experience as a group. Specific programming that is goal based so the group can progress together and help each other along the way.
Drop-in to any group training from 12pm on that best fits your schedule. Groups will be held M,W,F and times based on demand. Currently 12pm, 1pm, and 2pm times available. Later times can be added if there's demand. Available at the Lone Tree and Denver Locations. All new clients get a $50 off first purchase.
